For contractors / During dig

Measure the spoil before you argue about it.

Progress and volume capture while the excavation is open: stockpiles, cut and fill, and the state of the trench on the day. Measured against an RTK/PPK-corrected surface, not eyeballed from the truck.

What it is for

Spoil and stockpile volumes

Volumes measured between corrected surfaces, with the method and check points stated.

Progress on the day

A dated orthomosaic of the open excavation for the daily, the claim and the owner.

Trench and exposure photos

Close visual frames of the trench and anything exposed, georeferenced to the same record.

What we need

Share the site address, the planned capture rhythm, and the person who can confirm site access. Flag changes to dig limits, active work areas, and any timing constraints before each visit.

Where this stops

Volumes are as accurate as the surfaces they’re measured between; we state the method and the check points, and we don’t stamp quantities for payment without your engineer’s review.

Send the site and the dig date. We’ll say what we can fly and what you’ll receive.
